Valerie Younger

Valerie Younger departed from this world on January 10, 2022. She was born in Roanoke, VA. Valerie was a shining light for her family.

She is preceded in death by parents, Bennie Anthony and Ruby Mae Anthony, son Joey Younger, and also by husband Alan Younger.

Valerie is survived by her sons; Carlos Younger, Michael Younger, and Timothy Younger, brothers; Kevin Anthony, Dwight Anthony, and Vincent Anthony, sister, Cynthia Anthony, grandson; Jeremiah Hinton Younger, and grandaughter Reanna Younger

The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. on January 22, 2022, at Foothills Funeral Home, Maryville. Cremation to follow. Mask and social distancing are required.
