Julia Fretta Henderson

Julia LaFretta Henderson, 86, of Alcoa, Tennessee, transitioned to her heavenly home on June 18, 2026. Born March 8, 1940, to the late Boyzie "Jack" Hill and Earnie Mae Jackson, she was a graduate of Charles M. Hall High School and a faithful member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.

She retired from British Tire & Rubber in 2001 and will be remembered for her infectious personality, quick wit, and boundless love for family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Brenda Wright and James Hill, and former spouse Raymond Henderson, Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memory: daughter Kimberly G. Henderson; sons Stephon D. and Terrance L. Henderson; spiritual son Arthur T. Tyson, Jr.; niece CaChen Abrams; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; cousin Edith Fleet; and a host of nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Homegoing services will be held 11:00am Saturday June 27, 2026 at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church 537 N Hall Road, Alcoa, Tennessee 37701
