 FRANCES ANN WILLIAMS OF Tellico Plains, TN passed away on November 9, 2024. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert L. Williams, birthplace Sweetwater, TN. and Grace Edith Duckett She leaves to cherish her memories two children, Rosslyn Ann Lyons, married to James E. Lyons Jr. of Tellico Plains, TN. Melode Lynn and Wayne Connor of Richmond Hill, GA. Grandchildren, Brent Alen Estes married to Shannon Latham Estes of Evans, GA., Terri Lynn Daniels married to Mark Daniels of Guyton, GA., Great grand-children Audrey Brianna Lowery of Atlanta, GA. Mason Lee Daniels, Emmalyn Grace Daniels. 

Services will be held Saturday November the 23rd at 1:00 p.m. at Mount Isabella Baptist Church, Tellico Plains Tennessee. Final arrangements entrusted to Foothills Funeral Home, Maryville. www.foothillsfh.com
