Dial “Chester” Davis age 86, departed this life June 13, 2019 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. He leaves to cherish his memory, son Rev. C. Tyrone (Anne) Steen, daughter Renee’ Manuel (Rev. Billy) Bates. A host of grand and great grandchildren. Homegoing service Tuesday June 18, 2019 at Foothills Funeral Home. Family visitation is from 11 a.m.-noon with funeral service to follow. Interment is at East TN State Veterans Cemetery on Lyons View pike, Knoxville. Rev. Dexter Mahone officiating. Body may be viewed from 3 p.m.-7 p.m. Monday June 17, 2019.
