Charles Milton Ramsey Jr., of Knoxville, born December 11, 1951 passed away on August 23, 2025. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles Ramsey Sr. and Mary Aletha Kerr, step father J.B. Kerr, brothers Robert Stephens and Frankie Kerr, sisters Kathy and Elizabeth Kerr.

He leaves to cherish his memories devoted brother Scottie Kerr of Lenior City, TN, devoted cousins Gene Dunn, Betty Williams, Alice Fenn, Helen Howard from Elyria, OH, several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday September 20, 2025 at Lakeview Cemetery Lenior City, TN
