CHARITY SCELESTE (CARTER) MITCHELL-AGE 38, JULY 3, 1986 - NOVEMBER 1, 2024

Charity Sceleste (Carter) Mitchell, was born in Blount County on July 3, 1986 to Willie Ruth Carter and Kenneth Butler. Charity was a graduate of Alcoa High School. She was a faithful employee for the McDonalds Company for 18 years. She loved her work and loved her McDonalds family.

Charity departed this life on Friday, November 1, 2024. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Willie Dale Carter and Nellie Ruth Carter; brother, Dearies Butler.

She leaves to cherish her memory: mother, Willie Ruth Carter; father, Kenneth (Deatrice) Butler; husband, Bobby Mitchell; sons, William and Tyrese Mitchell; brothers, Marcus Isom, Tareko Butler, Joshua Miller, Jason, Aiden and Kaiden Keaton; sister, Joslyn Johnson. In-laws, Wilma (Ell) Sheckles, Herman (Deborah) Mitchell; loving and devoted cousins, Shida Hawes and Chelsie Wimbley; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services will be held Saturday, November 16, 2024 at The House of God, 160 Badgett St, Alcoa, TN 37701. Receiving of family and friends 12:30 PM -1:00 PM with funeral to follow.
